Ascensore fuori uso per una settimana Il soggiorno è tutto sommato andato bene. Un ascensore è stato inutilizzabile per una settimana. L'unico ascensore funzionante era utilizzato da tutti i clienti e dal personale di servizio. Un disconfort che non va bene, sopratutto se si è in vacanza e si gira tanto a piedi. Noi eravamo al 19° piano e ci è capitato tante volte di farcela a piedi....
Hotel con 2 ascensori malfunzionanti, tessera di accesso alla stanza smagnetizzata più volte, camera piccola però con letti comodi. Colazione molto buona con varie scelte dolce e salato (ottimi waffle ), la sala un po' affollata. Reception attiva e puntuale. Segnalato sparizione di un capo di abbigliamento dalla stanza, comperato il giorno prima. Zona poco sicura per presenza di senza tetto li stanziali ed altre situazioni poco raccomandabili.
Convenient location. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Room compact yet clean. Only downside is the 2 lifts and general traffic flow of other guests.
The room was very small when compared to Washington DC Hampton Inn. Not suitable for a 4member family. Not enough space to keep the luggage. Lift was not working for all the 3 days had to walk the stairs from 8th floor. Coffee kits not refilled. The good thing about the hotel is that it is very near to the Time Square and restaurants.
Elevator Issue, I had to use the stair case with family and other guest all through my stay. No parking. Breakfast not what I expected it should be.
Hotel Is well located. I was really worried after booking this hotel because of reviews but all turned out fine. Don't expect high class sparkly hotel. As previous reviews have said only 1 lift actually works. Looking at reviews this has been a ongoing problem for a few years. Surely Hilton have the money to sort this.we were on 5th floor so it was walkable. Maybe not so for high floors. That aside hotel is located a few mins from times Square.
