The staff in the hotel is very nice and kind. The hotel is ok, the beds are soft and there is complimentary breakfast, but there are only two elevators and we would sometimes have to wait ten minutes to get in. Also, there are a lot of homeless people and it is very dirty around the hotel. We sometimes felt unsafe when walking back to the hotel because of some of the people around the area. Even though it is so close to Times Square and Chelsea, the hotel is not located in a nice area.
La experiencia fue espectacular. El servicio muy bueno. Solo hablan inglés. El desayuno supero mis expectativas, buenísimo! Buena ubicación. Hay indigentes alrededor pero eso no está en control de ellos. Esa zona es así. Pegadisimo a Times Square. Lo recomiendo!!

Facility isn’t great. Small rooms, ice machines broken, no bath products, etc. On the other hand, location’s good for Broadway and public transit. And the staff is helpful and wonderful!
For NYC it is good for the price. Included breakfast. Clean rooms. In the area (as many areas in NYC) you will find several homeless. I was expecting more noise, but it was not bad.
They were very accomodating to our situation.. they did great in assisting us, were very helpful, we didnt ever see or experience any negative attitudes, they had smiles, from the reception to the housekeeping crew. I would love tonstay here in the future!
