It was good place to stay close to Times square with decent price.
The property served it's purpose for us as we were not in the room much at all. It's an easy walk to Times Square on a nice day but the street and surrounding area are dirty with lots of displaced persons. Hot breakfast was good but there not enough space for all guests.

The SERVICE by ALL STAFF at the Front Desk Is EXCELLENT. They are very customer friendly, helpful, polite, accommodating and are well aware , knowledgeable how to run the business successfully so as to be in the top in the hospitality trade. The Front Desk Staff helped me to resolve an unexpected problem and very grateful to them. Thank you very much and appreciated very much.
Room wasn’t ready until almost 5 for check in but front desk service was great and made good dinner recommendations. Bathroom shower was odd. It was ADA walk-in but no lip or shower door. Curtain hangs a foot above floor so entire bathroom floor is puddle. Had to get lots of extra towels & bathmatts to coral the water flow.

property was clean and safe near Times square. Definite negative was the elevators-the cleaning staff used them as priority over guest. Therefore, you would have to wait 20 minutes for an elevator. The hotel should have a staff elevator. -other than the guest elevator.
