The room was nice and the hotel was was in walking distance from everything. Very pleased.

Overall ok What I liked ( friendly staff / great breakfast / location close to Times Square) What I didn’t like ( rooms are very narrow / hot water is not available from 7-8 AM / I feel the property dinning area and elevator and reception are not designed to accommodate current number
