Hôtel de 31 étages ne possédant que 2 ascenseurs. Autant dire que vous attendez longtemps avant de pouvoir voir l ascenseur arriver à votre étage et vous n êtes pas sûr de pouvoir y entrer!! La file d attente au rez-de-chaussée est parfois immense. Salle de petit-déjeuner exiguë: un calvaire pour trouver une place assise. Beaucoup de clients remontentvdans leur chambre avec leur plateau pour pouvoir déjeuner. Menage fait si on le demande: je suis resté 3 jours sans que cela soit fait. El desayuno bastante bien . El elevador funcional , un poco de tráfico en horas pico. Personal muy amable . Excelente ubicación
Estuve 5 noches me recibió Eddy es excelente empleado atento la comida y habitación muy bien pero el asesor aveces desespera solo 1 pa subir y otro pa bajar con 30 pisos

In the breakfast they are not consistent when the roast coffee was out they didnt have any more.
the tv didnt work. which is ok cause we only at the hotel to sleep. but i mean it says theres a tv sooooo. also the ironing board didnt work..i have to iron my shirt on the floor. also there was a strange noise that woke us up at 7 am every morning. i thought the building was on fire. no joke. seems like it was coming from the walls of our bathroom. the place itself is nice. the area isnt as nice at both ends of the block is littered with people at night hanging out.in large groups. they dont bother you.but it can be an issu... read more
