The shower was broken (I had to call a few times before anyone came to fix it). The door's bottom part (the part that blocks the noise) was not there so we could hear everything from the hallway at all times. The desk light kept flickering so I had to work with no desk light. And the internet kept getting disconnected.
Bad service . Lift not working
Long wait for elevator. Not clean. Long wait for parking valet. Overall bad experience.
Not good! The best thing is the cookies! The wifi is sooooo bad, the elevator takes half a year to get you where you want and the hotel key never works!!! Honestly i can just go to holiday inn and get the same service for half the price.
The staff was very nice. The property not so much. It needs a major renovation. I paid $340 night which is crazy expensive for this hotel. Run down, all ice machines broken, spackle all over our room walls, mold and rust in the bathroom, a stench of humidity as soon as you enter the room and no microwave. There's more but this were rhe highlights of our stay. Oh and a $300 deposit! Never again.
