one of the worst hotels in my life One of the worst hotels I've ever booked. In such a high season (summer) there's so few personnel in the morning breakfast. The last day, there wasn't butter, milk, bread. There was an empty table that I had to ask to be cleaned. The elevators are so old and slow that it took around 20 minutes to go up or down. The staff tried but building needs work
Gross The room was so dirty that we decided not to stay. It was absolutely disgusting. Staff was kind and helpful. There was no way my wife or children were laying in those beds. The room had a bad odor. We were in NYC for a Broadway show. After the show we decided to take the train back home so we didn't have to stay in the room.
Shower door did not work. Room air conditioner was noisy.
Really old and dirty

Good location but poor experience Checking in was a disaster, our two double rooms where not ready when we arrived at 5 pm. We got one king room instead that we needed to share, when we asked at 8pm rooms where still not ready. At 9 pm we finally got one double and two king because our other double was not available. Terrible experience being a member of Hilton Honors. The extractor fan not working, though we reported they did nothing for 4 days. We checked in on Monday, reported these issues that night itself and we checked out on Thursday. There were no housekeeping for 3”4 days, no fan, no shampoo, no towels or toilet paper were delivered. Their bathroom handrail grabber was not fixed, my husband grabbed it and nearly fell. There were boiling hot water in the sink, shower and toilet tank. There were no rooms available for us even though we already booked 2 rooms ahead of time. They sent us to a different hotel. We definitely won’t stay here again.
