Hi, I have the following issues with our stay: 1- No hot water, very inconsistent 2- power outlet shut off by itself, it’s unsafe since my sleep apnea machine shutdown. 3-shower door keeps coming off the track 4- Conditioner bottle was empty. 5-Room was not clean, carpet is dirty and sticky. 6- Elevator malfunctions causing absurd wait times for the elevator. 7- Room beds were not made everyday. 8-We asked for a bigger room and we were told that all the rooms were the same size, our relatives in 3203 clearly had more space, ... read more
There were cockroches in the room
During first night of our stay we woke in the middle of night as the AC stopped working. The next day the elevator stopped working and we had to use stairs from floor 23rd or wait for upto half an hour or over. This with kids and luggage. To top it all off, hotel charged us $44.56 3 days after our stay and when I complained they put us through email chains. Worst experience at a very high price. This was far from the cheapest hotel we could have picked in Manhattan, but it feels like it should have been. The rooms were absolutely tiny with no storage space for cases or clothes for 4 people. There were only 2 lifts for 32 floors which is frankly ridiculous, there was often a 30 minute wait to get in a lift. The breakfast room was far too small for the size of hotel and consequently it was permanently packed full of people and no possibility to sit and eat.
