This was far from the cheapest hotel we could have picked in Manhattan, but it feels like it should have been. The rooms were absolutely tiny with no storage space for cases or clothes for 4 people. There were only 2 lifts for 32 floors which is frankly ridiculous, there was often a 30 minute wait to get in a lift. The breakfast room was far too small for the size of hotel and consequently it was permanently packed full of people and no possibility to sit and eat. The hotel room AC was broken half of the floor was wet and unhealthy Bathrooms were not properly cleaned by staff Wouldnt recommend
The first room 1505 had BLACK mold in the shower, Mildew and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and sleeping area, Outlets were loose and pushed back into the wall and were too loose to hold your cord. Could only charge phones in one outlet. Unsafe elec. Moved to 1805 and not much better. Table between beds was falling off the wall, sink, toilet and shower were all slow to drain/flush and the last day the toilet did not flush. Food was poor.
