30 floors and only one working elevator. The room was so small that one bed was up against the a/c which was covered in dust. The room smelled like mildew. The staff at the front deskwas very kind and helpful. But the hotel is old and rundown. It needs to be renovated. I would not be surprised if there is black mold found. We ended up switching to another hotel after the first night.

I stayed 3 days .There were 2 elevators one of them never worked .Another one was working time to time . In order to bring my luggage from 16th floor ,I was walking to the lobby and asking them to make at least one elevator work . No Hilton ,no Hampton Inn standards ,it should be totally fake .

34 story building with no working elevator, we went an entire day using tissue paper as toilet paper before we could get more toilet paper brought to our room, the room was next to a make shift laundry room and carts of linens were slammed into the adjacent wall all night long, and all the water was very hot, even the toilet water.

Avoid staying here!! This is a high-rise hotel. There are 32 floors. We were assigned the 19th floor. Looking back, we should have canceled our reservation. We were told if the elevator isn’t on your floor in the morning, we should call & they would send it up to us. They have two elevators. One was not working at all. Upon returning from dinner, the other elevator was broke. We walked the 19 flights to get to our room. The following day, there was no hot water. Guest services wouldn’t answer their phones. Filed a formal com... read more

Elevator had been out of order. We had to go up&down to the 25th floor. I want to receive any refund for inconvenient staying.

Stayed at this property for New York Comic Con. 1 of the 2 elevators were down the entire weekend. Front desk gave us 1 single king instead of a double that I reserved. Shower water was extremely hot most days. On one of the days the entire water pressure went out in mid shower. Breakfast is not good.
