Close to attractions but the elevators did not work on Christmas morning which was annoying. Had to walk down 17 flights of stairs with a child and we were late for breakfast. After being late the line for waffles was very long that we got through a few minutes after the time breakfast ends. The staff then told us we need to leave because time is up and that we should get here earlier. Left the breakfast we waited and hour for and had to walk up 17 flights of stairs and back down again to go out for the day. Terrible.

Not at all a good experience. Elevator was broken so it took 15 to 20min to get to the lobby from 25th floor. Expedia doesn’t know exactly what’s going on in the hotel. I ask for connecting rooms for my kids. I even call the phone Expedia suggested to confirm the reservation and in the end nobody took responsibility for not having at least rooms in the same floors. My kids stay in different floors than us. It’s a disaster. All they mentioned was you did the reservation with a 3rd party. Terrible experience

Horrible Experience. Out of 2 only 1 elevator was working on a very busy day and that too was broken in the evening. Guests had to walk up/down 20 floors. The breakfast area was too congested. Had to give the breakfast because the queue was 50 guests long. The staff was not aware of any possible solution.

For NYC the location was great. Close to so many things. However…the elevators were always broken, the water pressure was a trickle, our fridge had someone’s leftover milk in it, there is only 1 microwave in the entire hotel in the lobby, and the front desk staff was super unhelpful. We traveled with kids and booked 2 city view rooms. I called in advance to ensure we would have adjoining rooms. I was told there are NO adjoining rooms but they could get us rooms on the same floor. When we checked in they tried to put us on se... read more

First night someone tried to access our room with a keycard at midnight claiming to be maintenance worker, luckily we had the lock on. When we mentioned it a reception it was clear that this was not someone from the hotel. We then encountered blocked toilets and broken lifts during the stay.

La puertas de la ducha no abrían con facilidad. Necesitábamos sillas en la habitación. Faltaba un microondas.

I am not a needy traveler, all I need is a clean safe place to stay but the hotel was awful. We had intermittent hot water. Not like the water was warm then but it would barely trickle from the shower head or sink faucet. Sometimes the water flow and temp started great and then we would lose water in the middle of the shower. I called the front desk they said it happens sometimes when everyone is showering at the same time. That was crap because my daughter tried to shower around 6pm and I tried at 1130pm both times we exper... read more

5-10 min promenad till T-bana... read more
