Aftands hotel (eerder motel), niet meer aangepast aan hedendaags normen. Slechts één trage lift beschikbaar voor 32 verdiepingen en 150 kamers, de tweede lift was gedurende volledige verblijf defect (6 dagen). Slechts een 50-tal ontbijtplaatsen, waardoor ontbijt nemen bijna onmogelijk was. Resultaat: lange wachtrijen aan lift en in kleine lobby. Horrible option Circled the block 5 times looking for their “parking lot”, it does not exist. You have to valet. Room was very crowded. Elevators were broken. There is no on site restaurant as listed, only for free breakfast. Called ahead to see if I could check in and hour early and was told no, however I showed up early and was told it was not a problem. Would not stay here again or recommend.

Just avoid. I get it, NYC is busy but Hilton need to stop profiteering and upgrade the hotel. Badly in need. Too many issues to mention. Won’t stay again.
Es gibt 2 Fahrstühle wovon einer defekt war und der andere nur mit einem Techniker lief. Und das bei 6 Tagen Aufenthalt 😣 Die Zimmer Reinigung bzw. die Betten und Handtücher werden erst nach 4Tagen getauscht 🤔 NICHT zu empfehlen
The water pressure in the shower.
When we checked in the line for the elevator was ridiculously long. We then learned that only 1 elevator was working for 30 floors. The disappointing part was that apparently it’s been broken for a LONG time and this has been a problem. With being on the 19th floor we tried taking the stairs a time or two but it was just too much.
The elevators dont work, the room was dirty as the shower, The air didint function.
While we were here there was serious issues with the elevator. Since we were on 20th floor this caused a lot of stress and anxiety. The staff, I feel, could have handled situation far better - offering guests a single bottle of water to assist in the ascent to 20th floor is far from satisfactory. Worse, there were health and safety hazards left on staircases - bags of trash. We, of course, complained to manager when checking out who reassured us we would see some kind of partial refund - no sign of such as yet.
