Los elevadores muy lentos y se saturan, el desayuno muy mal organizado... Y poco
Ultima ocasión que me hospedo en este hotel Mi estancia fue de 6 días y 5 noches en una habitación con dos camas matrimoniales, la habitación es pequeña, pero la distribución de los muebles la vuelve inaccesible, claramente de nada sirve tener un escritorio y una silla si ni siquiera hay espacio para usarlo, si en su lugar estuviera el closet estaría más comfortable. cleaning or neatness is awfull, room stinks , poor bathroom and room appearance
Charged extra for city view room but there was NO room with city view. Air-conditioning went was real bad. Shower drain clogged with broken shower door handle. Everything at breakfast was finished within first hour and there waswas no replenishment. Desk staff said SORRY, breakfast is complementary.
Hotel bien situe a proximite du metro de time square. Par contre etat de la chambre tres vieille, le lit sur les 4 jours n'a ete change qu'une fois. Moquette tres sale. Pas de gel douche ni de shampoing. Chambre tres petite pas d'espace
Estadia decepcionante Escolhemos retornar pq havíamos gostado da primeira estadia, em nov/2019. Quarto sujo, cheirando a mofo e cigarro. Limpeza a cada 4 dias, ou seja, não tivemos. Esposa e filho, alérgicos a poeira/mofo/cheiro, ficaram bem ruins durante toda a viagem. Reclamei todos os dias: nada foi feito! O café da manhã que era bem bom ficou horrível, com pouquíssimas opções. Infelizmente, foi decepcionante essa nossa segunda estada.
The room was fine. There is no parking on-site for the hotel so they offer a $75 valet service. When they took my vehicle to an off site facility, the staff recommended coming back 1/2 hr before needed the car. We waited over 2.5 hours in the lobby for the car and had to call the police to report it stolen.
