Very convenient to so many places and the staff was so nice to us. The rooms were clean and tidy.
The staff was very friendly. Quick responses to texts prior to the visit. Breakfast room kept clean and staff very helpful and kind. Easily walk to Times Square and subway. The elevators are only slow during peak times of breakfast or later afternoon as expected. Room was clean. Some reviews say the rooms are small but it’s a hotel in NYC. I think generously sized considering.

There was enough soap for one of the two guests to shower one day and zero hot water both days. Cold showers for three days. the cold showers for three days was hoooooooorible. Also the breakfast was out of everything including juice an hour before it ends, to which an employee said "guess you need to get up earlier if you want t a drink" Cool, good to know. Probably wouldn't recommend based on the ice cold showers anyhow
The breakfast waffles are awesome - the two elevators are extremely busy during the breakfast times. 😉
