RecommendedI love Hannah. I have four pets enrolled, 3 dogs and 1 cat. I have been with Hannah since 2014. Once my cats tail got stuck in something and they did their best to save it but had to be amputated in the end. During all that time of stress, I was happy to not have to worry about money, cause probably I couldn’t have afford it. Pretty low prices for insurance and everyone is really friendly and helpful
both my dogs are in the Hannah program. I go to the Tigard location, I actually even got one of my dogs from them. the staff are always super nice and friendly and you can tell they actually care. I've called in quite a few times and they are always helpful and patient, even when I can tell they are busy. I think the longest I've waited to get into a room for an appointment was 15 minutes. thank you so much for all the great care you have given to my best friend Flash. I know we wouldnt have been able to afford all the stuff youve done for him otherwise. Flash is 12 years old now so you can imagine we've seen plenty of vets. Our GSD Baron has received excellent care and attention since we adopted him 3 years ago. The staff know us by name and take the time to evaluate and provide what is needed.
They were great to my cat. All personnel were friendly and the folks I spoke w/seemed competent. I signed up w/their service, $42/mo for everything that could and will happen seems like a great deal to take care of my catter. Not too excited about the cancellation fee, make sure you check it out before signing.

They taking good care of my cats the only thing I have to say is they get busy and forget you’re on the phone and you could end up on the phone for 10 to 15 minutes before they realize or forget that you’re there and you have to call back that is my only complaint.
We have been Hannah Society clients for our last two dogs and over four years. Their service and care has consistently been excellent. Our last dog had some severe medical issues. I had some concerns about what would happen in this sort of situation. They took care of our dog like it was their own. We could not believe it when they even went to the expense of flying in plasma to save our dog.
