Hannah has been there to save the day so many times over the years that I've been a Hannah member. It's no joke! These guys are awesome. I've been a member nearly 10 years now and everything that has comes up has been taken care of. The most Loving staff and super down to earth straight forward.
I recommend Hannah to all my friends. The all inclusive pet care is amazing, but we especially love the included training classes with Emily! The improvement we’ve seen in our puppy has been amazing and we’re excited to keep working with Emily on obedience and socialization. Between Emily and the vets and staff, our puppy is happy and healthy!!
I have had a wonderful experience with Hannah even dealing with a pet in critical health. In 2021 I had a rescue puppy who ended up having a large cancerous mass who only made it to 8 months old before passing. She received $10,000 worth of care in a 2 month span and I wouldn't have been able to try all of the options possible for her if I didn't have my plan with Hannah for her. I’ve been coming to Hannah for almost 10 years. It truly takes the worry out of being a pet parent, no matter what happens they always take care of my dog and I don’t need to worry about a bill. Everyone that works here is seriously so kind and caring, and bonus points that they make special accommodations when I arrive with my dog as she is reactive. Hannah is not only a competent vet hospital but their members also have unlimited access to behavior support. My work with the trainer Emily has been life changing, and Maple is transforming from an anxious puppy to a calm and confident dog that will one day become a therapy animal! I’m so blown away that this is included in my membership and Maple is thriving because of it.
