Hannah has always been amazing. I've had three dogs on this program. My elderly dog had a lot of problems as he got old and Hannah treated him with such love. The day we had to put him down was so hard for our family and the staff was amazing, respectful and loving. They gave us the most beautiful card signed by the staff and beautiful cremation box. I got my two cats from Hannah about three years ago. The wait times when I have brought my girls in have improved. The staff they have now is better. I miss the emails alerting to the food delivery. My last two deliveries had holes in the bag from curious critters. I am disappointed in the rate hike. I think they would be better off reducing costs by closing their mall locations than raising their rates.
We have two Hannah dogs, and the team at Washington Square takes such good care of them -- we especially love Dr. Tello! Whether for every-day issues like flea treatments and nail trims, or for serious issues like separation anxiety, hip displasia, or PLE, the people at Hannah care about the well-being of our pups and act as partners in achieving well-being.
