I am so very disappointed of this place.went through it and a machine broke the rack on my car, the parts went all over the place, the car behind me had parts of my rack underneath, etc. One of the employees came after and brought all the broken parts and apologized because the machine broke it. I asked him to call the supervisor who haf left already. The manager came with this attitude to ask me if i hadn't read the sign that says that they are not responsible for damages like that. This car wash ripped my front license plate off so I went to get it back and I was shooed away by the manager he was very rude I had to call the owner to get my plate back. They don't care at all about there customers. Nothing was done to help me or make things right. I cancelled my accounts with them!!!! Don't go here!!!

Had a good experience. No line--after fires. Car came out perfect. Love the free vacuum stations on both sides.

Bought a wash today@ Wash2Go,used to be my favorite place until today,A Tall skinny young man with short dark hair,waved my chevy colorado in,i bought a green towel,and had receipt,he questioned it,it shows on there screen as well,but went in like usual,in neutral,feet off brakes,then half way thru the tire jumps the rail,they shut the wash down and this Punk kid, with short dark hair,starts accusing me of having my foot on brake,i said No,did you see my brake light? then he said,you knocked it out of neutral,i said No,i did... read more

Corrected review I was contacted by the manager and he was able to arrange a shop in Rohnert Park to fix my mirror it took two weeks to get fix because they had to order the mirror. PUT YOUR MIRRORS INSIDE AND ANTENNA Previous review Pretty disappointed with the results. Car was still dirty but to top the icing on the cake it broke my driver side mirror. So happy with my experience here! Alexander is a great employee, and should be considered for management. He was running around in the heat, just to make sure I was getting good service, and made sure the bugs got cleaned off the front of my truck. I will be joining the wash club for sure! Thank you, for going the extra mile.

We got the premium wash for $13. Reasonable price, and they did a good job on the wheels, something that doesn't always happen for $40 washes. Their 25 horsepower vacuums are awesome -- located on both sides of the car so it's easy to use them, quiet, strong, and effective.

Best service ever!!!! And best wash!!!! My 4runner can be a bit tricky to wash due to its size. Heber was absolutely amazing!!!!! Had my truck looking like new !!!

When using the vacuums, avoid allowing the hose to touch the paint of the car it will scratch it or scuff it. The scratches occurred on my car are too deep to compound or polish out so they are permanent. The attendant did not even offer to fix the issue, he just left it up to me to deal with it. Unfortunately, they do not have any warnings about this issue and they don't have anything to protect your car from getting damaged.
