Corrected review I was contacted by the manager and he was able to arrange a shop in Rohnert Park to fix my mirror it took two weeks to get fix because they had to order the mirror. PUT YOUR MIRRORS INSIDE AND ANTENNA Previous review Pretty disappointed with the results. Car was still dirty but to top the icing on the cake it broke my driver side mirror. So happy with my experience here! Alexander is a great employee, and should be considered for management. He was running around in the heat, just to make sure I was getting good service, and made sure the bugs got cleaned off the front of my truck. I will be joining the wash club for sure! Thank you, for going the extra mile.

We got the premium wash for $13. Reasonable price, and they did a good job on the wheels, something that doesn't always happen for $40 washes. Their 25 horsepower vacuums are awesome -- located on both sides of the car so it's easy to use them, quiet, strong, and effective.

Best service ever!!!! And best wash!!!! My 4runner can be a bit tricky to wash due to its size. Heber was absolutely amazing!!!!! Had my truck looking like new !!!

When using the vacuums, avoid allowing the hose to touch the paint of the car it will scratch it or scuff it. The scratches occurred on my car are too deep to compound or polish out so they are permanent. The attendant did not even offer to fix the issue, he just left it up to me to deal with it. Unfortunately, they do not have any warnings about this issue and they don't have anything to protect your car from getting damaged. After I went through the wash I noticed the long strip on top of my car was missing. The manager, Pedro I think his name is, went in, found it, and offered to secure it for me so it won't come off again. He said they keep heavy duty double sided tape for this purpose. He spent a good amount of time with me, making sure it was done right, and well. I was amazed and really impressed. Really nice management! The antennae on my car was damaged and they fully replaced it for me. Ordered it, put it on for me- zero hassle, zero cost. They went above and beyond and I'll be back and will recommend this business to friends as a result. Love that the vacuums are really high powered too! Tip-Bring your own towel (I just leave mine in my trunk) to save a few bucks...
