So frustrated! Something has changed in their system and it is now breaking the same part of my car. The last time I got a car wash, it broke my rear windshield wiper. I chalked it up to "it was needing to be replaced anyway." I got it replaced and didn't think twice about it. Fast foreword to the next month and I ran my car through the car wash again and it broke it again!! I have been going to this car wash for years and this has happened twice in a row. This car wash malfunctioned and made my car hit the car in front of me!! They will not answer me now. Very upset as the attendant admitted it was the machine malfunction! I do not recommend.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I like the unlimited use of the vacuum cleaners, not coin operated. Prices very reasonable.

This car wash is a total hit or miss. More than half the time the equipment isn't fully functioning. If your car is super dirty don't plan on leaving there with it fully clean either. I read that there is a car wash down the street that will hand wash and dry for $0.50 more....where's the motivation to keep coming back? Fancy colored lights don't sell me on this place. I've been here many times and I've had enough of the bad customer service and poorly functioning equipment.

There is always something broken in this wash. Currently there has been something wrong with their water filtration system, it smells so putrid that I dont think I'll be coming back. They must not like having repeat customers.

I have been coming here since they opened and I used to have unlimited plan last year on my old car. I always get the platinum wash, ($14) but the last 3 times I have been here over the month the drying pads at the end dont work. I just had to hand dry my car because the machine left so much soap and water sitting on it. Once was fine, twice was concerning but the third time this happened I had to say something. Great customer service here everyone was so welcoming and helpful (specifically a young man named Brian). Great services here, the car wash and vacuum center have quality equipment. I got my oil changed and a complimentary car wash.

I am being generous here with 2 stars because this used to be a GREAT car wash. The price was right, the front end attendants always did an excellent job on the pre-wash, all the car wash components worked properly and my vehicles came out the other end quickly and sparkling clean. The vacuums were the best around. Not anymore. First and last time I go. Literally just got a new car. Took it there to get its first quick wash. And I boom hella little scracthes all over. They washed the car when I bought it so I know the scratches weren't there. Idk. I hate confrontation so I drove off pissed... Probably too late to get this fixed. Smh
