In june after I paid my monthly car wash membership and before I could wash my car the car was totaled. I contacted Wash 2 Go to explain this. The manager seemed nice and said he would try to get a refund. When I finally got a replacement vehicle and before any refund I thought I would get the new vehicle on the plan not realizing I had been billed again for the first car which I no longer had. This Car wash is a joke. Don't bother spending your money here you're better off getting a car wash somewhere else. This place is dirty inside and out who even cleans this place? The brushes and walls look gross it seems like they are outdated the whole place needs to be shutdown. Honestly doesn't seem like a safe place for your car I can probably do a better job with a hose at home anyways. never running my car through here again. Their brushes are filthy and i got a huge scratch on my brand new windshield after going here. Don't use this carwash. If I could give zero stars I would. Only good thing about this place is the free unlimited vacuum...

I've been going to this car wash for at least a year. I like it. Have noticed the hoses don't work or r broken most of the time. The wash hasn't done a good job the last few times. Bird poop still on hood of jeep & & sides aren't clean.
If there were a zero (0) star, that is what this business would get. I have been a client of Wash 2 Go for three years; at one point I had four car memberships, for my family cars. As of Saturday, June 16, 2018, I cancelled my remaining two memberships because after I washed my and dried my car, I went to exchange my dirty towels for clean ones to have the next time I came. Wow for a auto car wash machine I was very impressed I've been through many many automated car wash machines and they do not do a good job however this car wash did a fantastic job highly recommended and I also love how we can vacuum our own vehicles for free love it.
Wash is excellent vacuums too . That is if all your trim pieces aren't blown off .. My real grip is about impatient and rude behavior from tall short hair guy that has waved me very very impatiently through . For me it took a couple of trips to understand the payment machine and how towels are dispensed returned etc .

Not certain 1 star but car did get washed. Credit card lost on property. Asked for help. Employee was no help and acted as though no concern of theirs. Bank said card used at the wash after it was lost/stolen. Called Wash2go got voicemail. No Help. This is not a place to trust. No one at Wash2go looked for the credit card that I'm aware of. While I appreciate Gary's quick response to my post some urgency and concern might have been shown prior to my post.

John, We're sorry you lost your credit card at our Wash2Go facilities the other day. According to our manager, they looked for your card when they were notified of the lost. He mentioned to you that if you left the card in the pay station credit card slot, it was probably taken by someone, who followed you sometime later into the wash. Reporting a lost card and waiting for a new one is a hassle we've all been through, and we are sorry you have to go through this.
Love this car wash! Everyone is super helpful and really accommodates what you need done! My car always comes out looking clean and shiny. Miguel and Anthony and Adrian and Lucas four of the employees are very nice and always asks if I need anything and are very kind. The manager Alex is also great he always fixes any issues I may have and is always understanding. This car wash is great and I definitely recommend to everyone!
