After I went through the wash I noticed the long strip on top of my car was missing. The manager, Pedro I think his name is, went in, found it, and offered to secure it for me so it won't come off again. He said they keep heavy duty double sided tape for this purpose. He spent a good amount of time with me, making sure it was done right, and well. I was amazed and really impressed. Also, I will be driving for Lyft soon; their monthly membership option will make it really affordable to clean my car every time I go out driving... read more

Really nice management! The antennae on my car was damaged and they fully replaced it for me. Ordered it, put it on for me- zero hassle, zero cost. They went above and beyond and I'll be back and will recommend this business to friends as a result. Love that the vacuums are really high powered too! Tip-Bring your own towel (I just leave mine in my trunk) to save a few bucks...

There aren't many car wash choices in Petaluma-you have the one on Petaluma Boulevard which used to be my first pick, until the line became hours long, the job they did was average and the prices were raised. Then you have the one on Lakeville which used to be only a do it yourself place, but now they've added people to do the washing for you. Haven't been there since. And then you have this place! It's a drive it through yourself car wash, but then you can vacuum the car yourself-which I like bec I know I'm doing a good job... read more

I paid the $13 because I didn't want to worry about drying it, thinking they would have someone at the end to catch the last few drops that actually did leave spots on the windows. The car wash is good, I will just stick to the $5 purchase, drive onto the north bound freeway entrance and exit at washington for a complete dry like I normally do for 1/3 of the price.

I have been using Wash2Go to wash two cars for over a year. We purchased a plan and use it frequently. Sometimes I have had a few issues with the employees who have disabilities, but Wash2Go has always corrected any issues I've had and been very accommodating. Besides, I like that they hire able bodies to work, that's how a community is built. Recently, I had suspected that the car wash may have put some scratches on a new car that I purchased. One star for poor customer service and false advertising. Wash club prices, shown on their website, don't reflect actual club prices at the car wash. When I inquired about this discrepancy with the staff, I was met with an attitude of unaccountability and unprofessionalism. Thank goodness the machines do all the dirty work after a customer's first visit.

I love, love, love this place. I was searching for a quick and affordable alternative to Splash (the other car wash in Santa Rosa)... in Splash they got so stingy that they not even pretend they are cleaning your car with the "cheapest" option of $7...Until I found Wash2go in Petaluma!!! The $5 wash is just perfect, good vacuums and the towel that you can replace is great! Keep the great work!

My favorite place.. They have three different price levels. The $5.00 wash is as good as the $12.00 wash... The $12.00 wash does dry your car off completely.. Also applies tons of wax that you can run your fingernails over after and tell that it has been waxed. You can purchase towels for $3.00 that have been treated. The next time you go in you just trade them in for a new one. The towels clean spots off of glass and then you can use them on the door jambs and even interior leather. The vacuum area is great.
