We recently rescued a dog from a shelter. The dog if "nervous" and skittish. The dog injured her paw. The staff were kind, understanding and helpful. A great experience!
Harbor Animal Hospital and their entire staff are very caring and compassionate for your fury family member. My dog Tank had colitis and they were quick and thorough to get him a treatment prior to the lab results which were given promptly the next morning. They put you at ease and to make things as affordable as possible they begin with the basic testing. Dr. Kelly is wonderful!!! The front desk ladies are always working so hard and yet they make the time to chat! I highly recommend them!!
I have been with Harbor Animal Hospital for over 25 years. Over that time span I've had 4 fur babies. I have always had and still have outstanding care! I can't imagine not taking my first rescue baby any where else. I don't live near this hospital. But over the years they have showed me how much they care for all animals. They have laughed, cared, loved, and cried with me as I took each one of my fur babies to them. They are a big part of my family!
Not a fan of this place. There's a lack of communication on what you're paying for at the end of visit. The result of visit is unclear and the male vet didn't seem to care about the situation at hand. The nurses were nice when needed, but manager had to come in and tell me I was gonna end up paying for more than I was told about for my new puppy. They try to convince you to pay for more than the necessities and worry about pay more than your pets health.
The vets and staff are very helpful and caring. I feel like we are treated more like family than just a customer. They are always taking the extra step to make sure my pups are healthy.
If you take your pet here; do NOT let them be seen by the male Veterinarian. After 2 days driving back and forth and spending over $1000 the woman Veterinarian finally figured out what was wrong with our dog, which I told him I knew was the problem when I came in initially. I had the Male Vet tell me he was fine after X-Rays (can't read them apparently) and prescribed medicine I could've bought over the counter. We switched to the Harbor vet clinic after a change of staff and Vets at our other Vet.The Harbor came with many praises from other vet techs and Vets that we know and they were right. The care and concern here for our family 4 legged critters is excellent. The best part is the clinic is right down the street!
We have been taking our dogs to the Harbor Animal Hospital since 1999. We have always had great service from not only the veterinarians, but also from the rest of the staff. We have gone through numerous health issues with our dogs and know that the advice, diagnosis, and treatment given were always provided with a high degree of professionalism. Simply put, our confidence in the Harbor Animal hospital is high and we will continue to return.

Harbor Animal Hospital really cares about our fur babies and I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else. Dr Kelly is an amazing person and does all she can for the animals and that's where you can see the love for her job come out.
