Lovely historic hotel at a great location - easy 8-10 minute walk to the heart of Edgartown.
Perfect hotel, location, & service Pros: Clean, well presented & maintained, while feeling comfortable, in great setting Cons: Waiters at breakfast took a while to emerge all seemed tied up somewhere but great thereafter Location: Great to walk on the beach, into town and explore further afield. Situated in best spot on the island for a hotel. Oak Bluff quaint & interesting Perfect location overlooking the beach, lighthouse and harbour with view across to the island. Fantastic experience
Gorgeous inn on the water Pros: Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Location: Location is a short walk to downtown boutiques and eateries. The hotel is really lovely, beautiful decor with a tasteful seaside theme reflected in the lobby and the rooms. The staff was very helpful and a restaurant on site is not only convenient but delicious. The veranda is an invitation to relax and enjoy the view which includes a light house.
Wonderful Hotel on Martha's Vineyard Pros: Its proximity to town and the view of "Chappy". Also our room by the pool. Cons: Closer parking. Location: Great shopping and eating establisments. A very comfortable retreat in Edgartown. A real pleasant surprise when we entered the hotel. We never expected it to be so reasonable in price versus ambiance. Edgartown is the place to be.And hotel is only a short walk from town center.
A little disappointed .... The hotel was Okay. We loved the public rooms and the porch. The location was great and we had a nice breakfast in the dining room! We asked about an upgrade for our room to an ocean view but none were available ... that was okay but we were told our room had a view of the garden and pool that was lovely ... but when we got to the room all we saw out our window was a wall and a roof! Harbor View Hotel Oct 2015 Property was beautiful, staff was very friendly and helpful. Accommodations could have been a bit more upgraded, but still loved our stay. The views were magnificent!
Loved the location, right on the water with nice walking path to Edgartown lighthouse and stores Lighthouse restaurant was excellent , the lobby is charming, spacious and comfortable Definitely my first choice for my yearly trip to the. Vineyard!
Fabulous hotel on the beach A lovely hotel on Martha's Vineyard, very comfortable rooms, courteous staff! Highly recommend it.
