Nice hotel, but not the service we expected The hotel overall is very nice. It is in a great location. Our room was not ready at check in time (4pm) and we had to wait, which seemed unusally for a Monday. The room was nice ,but plain, no pictures on the walls and basically colorless. The housekeeping was subpar. We had requested extra pillows before checkin and they were not in the room. We had to call to get them. Best hotel in area We always stay at this hotel while in NYC. The staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are large and have nice views. The service is excellent. Great rates and value for money. It is just a pleasant hotel to stay and be at.
A great hotel Beautiful location and view. Stayed in the lower end (price range) of rooms they offer so room could have been fresher, but was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were excellent and couldn't have been more pleasant. I will be staying here again but will upgrade the room. Restaurant was also pricey but again very classy and the service was great. Hotel has a small bar which was also very nice and more quality staff. I would suggest this hotel to everyone going to the Vineyard.
