Har view in martha's vineyard We loved the location, restaurant and friendly staff. My only complain was that our room was a little musty smelling.
Beautiful location with rocking chairs on porch overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.
October Visit to Edgartown Loved the Harbor View Hotel; excellent location. Great breakfast and restaurant/bar. Easy to walk to the beach or downtown Edgartown.
Breathtaking view! The Harbor View has the most fabulous views, just sitting on the front porch! We had a fantastic time exploring Edgartown, even in the off season. The food at Henry's Bar was delicious, as the main restaraunt at the hotel was shut down for the season. Would love to come back, but would recommend coming before Columbus day, as the whole town seems to be in the process of, or already has, shut down.
The Harbor View in Martha's Vineyard: Delightful From the moment of arrival at the Harbor View everything was perfect. The hotel was at once relaxing, elegant, comfy--The staff was truly welcoming and accommodating. The location, a short walk from town, was just close enough to everything in Edgartown, including the simple mass transit bus system, but also just far enough from the post high season slimming throngs. Not to be missed: sunrise-- snuggled up in a blanket with a cup of coffee on the big front porch.
Harbor View Hotel in Edgartown A lovely hotel in a lovely setting overlooking the Edgartown lighthouse. The plus or minus, depending on your view, is that the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from "downtown" Edgartown.
Harbor View Hotel has a 4.7 star rating with 2,107 reviews.
