Character Great rooms! Loved the history and how they preserved the facility

A Nice Change Overall a great experience. I was put into a room with a wheelchair accessible bathroom, but I was too tired to switch rooms at that point. Only complaint, my clothes did smell like smoke from hanging in the closet. Not good for a non smoking hotel. A fun unique hotel for sure. Was clean and bed was comfy.

Friendly folks KUDOS! But the grilled chicken sandwich was bone dry, Caesar salad saltier than 50 deer licks, mgr. didn’t respond well to food feedback, bar closed early, the light blue and lavender haired check-in individuals were very dry and off-put making the complimentary check-in drink. That was the main thing. I eill return the rate is good it’s close to my clients and I’m confident it’ll be better.

Very nice room & amenities. However the room I was given had tremendous road noise and loud banging all night from what I was told is the guitar on the roof moving from the wind. Kept waking me up throughout the night. Mentioned it to the desk person and wasn’t offered any consideration or even an apology.

We booked the room during hunting season without the site telling you as of 11/1 there is a no firearm policy. We couldn’t even legally check in at that point and had to just go elsewhere.

Disgusting smell through hallways and our room - sensitive to smells and had migraine and got severely bad for our trip that I got sick and threw up! Loud humming fb motor noise coming from ceiling or next door! Beer can on the ceiling empty - so room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned!!! Unbelievable that I now have to travel sick and with migraines!! They said to contact you for full refund that they would but I booked through you! Which I probably won’t do again

My husband didn't like very much so we didn't stay, we left within an hour
