Dirty. Food was left in the room. Rooms rates should be cut in half.

We did enjoy the room service from the fuel cafe. I was very disappointed in the fact that the actual main restaurant is now permanently closed. They do have fuel and some abbey place, but limited hours and seating. The casino is very small and bars were not attainable for us as it was packed. Rooms have no soundproofing. I knew it was a risk as hard rock has gone down hill the last 10-15 years. I just wanted a cool place for the family to stay as we were in town for a wedding. Noise complaint and no sleep Overall experience was amazing until it was time to go to bed and other Customer staying at the hotel obnoxiously loud waking us up at 12:30 at night try to ignore it but it was so loud we could hear the entire conversation between the two girls. When calling downstairs to inform them at first they did nothing, second time calling they offered to move us rooms in the middle of the night at one in the morning? Il n'y a pas d'esprit Hard Rock, c'est un hôtel avec de belles chambres, les décorations des rocks stars sont des 5 ème choix voir des artistes inconnus, le magasin, pas de choix, j'ai acheté un tee shirt pour mon passage par dépit c'est juste un Casino et la clientèle des joueurs, déçu d'être venu de France pour voir ça

The rooms are great. Old battery warehouse that they transformed beautifully. Very quiet. Room wasn’t ready until almost 5:00. We had to wait in lobby with others also waiting.
