Get directionsit was the worst hard rock ever., smoking in the casino, while comping rooms to some of my friends they failed to get me a room i had reserved saying they were sold out. even called the manager. . food options were not much

The facility itself was nice and the room was clean. The toilet was malfunctioning and running all night long. The Wi-Fi wasn’t connecting as the password, I was informed the following morning, had been changed. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

My flight from California was canceled at the last minute and I couldn’t get to the hotel. I was still charged for the night

Very upset that they would not let us through in the am to get to parking garage elevator. Had go cross the street and walk up the ramp to get to vehicle. Very unsafe.

Nice and clean room. Was told that one of the restaurants (Jet Fuel) would be open 24/7 during our stay but nothing was available for any food after 10:00 pm. Had to hunt down a vending machine for snacks. Had gambled till 1:00 am and didn’t realize nothing was available. Would’ve planned better.

The sweet scent to disguise the stench of cigarette smoke was positively nauseating, especially in the hotel lobby and elevators. The gym had no smaller-sixed weights and no water cooler (individual plastic water bottles, environmentally bad). There was no free coffee available in the lobby and the coffee at Fuel was terrible. The rooms were well done, spacious and clean.
