Kiera was absolutely anazing!!! We had to stop because of the weather and we didnt expect to say or have the extra cash. She was completly understanding and took the $10 we had left for the incidentals instead of the $50. Hotel was very clean and the beds and pillows were great.

The room design is really nice. Not the greatest vibe. And smoke smell is everywhere. Service was also pretty subdued.
