Customer care maxed! Rarely, in this day and age can a couple just simply escape the business life and be a couple. From work to parenting three teenagers we are constantly taking work calls, taking care of our home, or someone has something going on. Thank you to HRC for giving us the opportunity to reconnect and have freaking fun without the “blockers” in our house preventing us from gambling and boozing while having a blast doing so. Very nice and fun hotel. Nice and quiet. The only complaint we had was that the volume on the tv wasn’t adjustable. Otherwise it was wonderful!
