great service, all doctors treated me with care, professional, i love the atmosphere, every time i call to rescudule or make an appointment they were patient, understanding, and accomodated, i would recommend this dentist office to anyone that wants good/afforable and good quality dentist.
Very satisfied with the service at Harlingen Family Dentistry, I have never had any problems nor concerns with my dentistry work. I recently relocated to San Antonio, Tx and I continue making trips down to Harlingen for my Dentistry needs. The Staff and Doctors are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I had a tooth extracted , which I have had done before, but this time they did a bone graft because the root was so close to the sinus cavity. All was well until the novocaine wore off. I had taken the recommended Tylenol and ibuprofen and was using ice. My jaw hurt so bad that I couldn't take it. I called and was told their policy is not to give any pain medication for any procedure. I was told it would feel better in 3 days. These people kill patients. They killed my husband who went in for a impacted tooth removal. When it proved to be difficult. They hammered his tooth torn into the gum and the infection ran to his heart and he passed away. Had I done my research I would have learned that they killed a young child a couple of years b4. I should have sued but it would not have brought my Mario back and I was not the the right mindset. I was left a widow with an eight and twelve year old. Do ur research cuz it may cause ur loved 1s life.

The dentist took to long to see my kiddos. My kids waited about 30 minutes for him to do his review, after he did attended us he gave us his recommendations and then they sent us to the the people in the business side. For a lack of better words, they were just dragging their feet in that side. I left after waiting for about 20 minutes and no one help us. Didn’t getting any information on how much it was going to cost me to get my daughters teeth protected
It’s the wait time that’s frustrating. Had a scheduled appointment at 4:00 and didn’t get called in till about 4:30 and walked out after 5:40. This is not the first time this happens. Planning and scheduling accordingly would probably help this problem.
They were suppose to call back my husband and I for some work on our teeth and they never called us back
Call in patients in a timely manner. Don’t have them wait an hour and a half.
