I have had a couple of appointments that I have had to cancel after arriving and waiting more than an hour. I am very conscious about my time as I work full time and must take time off to come in for all treatment and care. I completely appreciate the efforts made in trying to get me in on time however, these last few times - I have been very disappointed. Walked in very concerned about the sedation being used that day to my 6yr old daughter, Amelia was very rude and not considerate of my feelings toward the issue. Told her I didn't want two types of sedation given to my daughter, and she got upset really quickly and started talking to me in a very frustrated way. Asked her what it was that she was giving to my daughter through the mask, she responded it was just oxygen later I find out that she had started the gas without notifying me, knowing that it was a major concern to... read more
I came in to get some fillings adjusted due to pain from them, had an appt at 4:20 pm. Didn't get called in until 5:30 pm. I think it is ridiculous that you hv an appt and you hv to wait that long. I would not recommend this place, especially with this bad experience. I think they need to communicate with patients if there is a delay, instead of making patient sit there and wait. Only reason I waited was because of the pain I am feeling. I am switching dentist office for my whole family due to this experience.
first time here and staff was excellent
We waited for 45 minutes I'm ready to take my family of 6 back to the Brownsville office. Since Dr. Ng sold his practice to you we have waited in the lobby for long periods of time every time we come here.
Upsetting visit on ellenas side, taken back to room asked to have a seat asked verbalized my conerns, she then stepped out came back approx 10 - 15 min later took my blood pressure, then left did not explain anything further - no reason for delay. 45 min went by an no one came in nothing was explained. I did not like the way the office did my cleaning today. I felt like everyone was rushing to get out of work. I understand the fact that we all want to go to our outside of work actitivies but that's no excuse to be treated in a rush mode. Even the female doctor that examined by denture had her purse with her while she was explaining my dental problems. She was rushing the dental hygieniest to fishish cleaning my teeth because she needed to examine my denture. I will probably change dental office. I will probably change... read more
Was here at for an appointment at 8:20 and it is now 11:39 and now making an appointment for a deep cleaning.
experience was crazy got here at 910 for 930am appointment and it is now 1135am and doctor has not seen daughter yet.
