2 hours for a cleaning is unacceptable
The girls at the billing department are so rude and direspectful.
I was in for my six month cleaning with Elena. She is the BEST!! Please don’t let her get away. After she finished with me, I had to wait 30 more minutes for Doctor to show up for exam. I feel like my time is just as valuable as his. And then it’s always a different dentist What’s up with that??
You schedule the patient for certain time however you make us wait forever. I was scheduled for 220 and still it was 430 and I haven’t had my teeth cleaned so I worked out .
It was great but I want phone number to person I was put the phone for ok about the credit plan I need to talk to them as soon as possible want the number please text thanks
I had an appointment one day and I advised scheduling I had another appointment she advised to go 30min prior to be out on time . I arrived and after 30 min ask about being seen and was told oh we thought you were waiting on someone! I rescheduled for next day and for a cleaning was there for 2 hrs !!
The experience was great but I did not get my bag of goodies (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss) after the visit like they usually give.
Dental hygienist was somewhat rough when she cleaned my teeth. Gums were bleeding too.
