The wait was long my appointment was at 3pm I didn’t get out until 6pm. If they were that short staffed they should have warned patients to see if they could reschedule. Other than that my visit was fine got my cleaning and saw the doctor.
The staff was cordial & cleaning excellent which took approximately 30 minutes; however the wait time was excessively long! My appointment was at 11am and I was not seen until 12:36pm! This is not acceptable! I think you over book & then do not have enough staff! Several of my friends have suggested I change dentist for exactly the same reason...long wait times; too many patients & not enough one to one with dentist! Cleaning and exam went great. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, but wasn’t called to the back until 40 minutes later.
Was there from 932 and left at 1140. They called me in and I had to wait for hygienist. So we ran late and my scheduled procedure did not happen. I had to reschedule. I would say that it is not good for customer service to keep your patients waiting and then have them come back. Not happy with the delay. No one wanted to spend their day off in a dentists office
My appt was at 830, I was called at 850am, sat in room, Dr. Kim cane in to see me at 930am. Plan of care was discussed. Was taken to another room n got me ready for my dental filing n was told Dr. Kim would be right in. He came in at 1010am. Procedure finally started at 1015am n done by 1040am. Was told was gonna get fitted for night gard. After 20 min...I got up to look for someone to tell me how much longer it was gonna take to have tech come in. Finally tech came in finished at 1115am. We arrived late but were told they would get him right in and out. His sister was taken in first. They were informed that he had drivers ed in an hour. He did not get to the back for 30 more minutes. They took X-rays of his sister without my permission. We were only there for a cleaning. Xrays are not needed to clean teeth. They shoved a clipboard at me and said we need your signature to clean her teeth, so I signed. I never discussed xrays with anyone. No one told me what the insurance had or had not authorized. Very long waiting time, make sure that when you set an appointment time, patients are not made to wait for more than 2 hours just to be seen.
I was in a great deal of pain with dr Villarreal and the other hand doctor Nunez had a great bedside manner!! This gentle mannered doctor made me comfortable and relaxed! I would give him 5 stars
I did not like that the hygienist was double booked. I arrived at 8.22, my appointment was 8.30 and at 8.45 i noticed people who had gotten there after me were being called before me. I asked the desk clerk and she said Alejandra had 3 chairs and they were all occupied. 1 chair was for 8 o'clock and 2 chairs were for 8.30 am. I said well I'm the 8.30 appointment and she said "no there's more than one appointment for the same time". That doesn't make sense to me.
