Extremely professional from customer service to servicing our furnace, beginning to finish.
We had our hot water go out over the weekend. Jarred was here within 90 minutes. He found the problem quickly, installed the new part and tested the system all in less than an hour. He was courteous, very pleasant and quite tolerant of our noisy dog!
Talked to Harry about the issue i was having. He told me about a couple of options. We came up with a plan, and Harry finished the project promptly, and completely to my satisfaction. Already seeing the benefits. Thanks a bunch!

Harry E. was my field service man. he is very knowledgeable and was able to do what was needed in a timely manner. I also liked that he was personable and tolerated my barking dogs LOL I didn't have to wait long for an appointment and they have many time slots to offer. very happy with their service.

We've been using Harned Durham Energy (really Oil Discounters) for many years because they are not only the least expensive in the area, but they have always been responsive whenever we have called or ordered on line. A number of years ago, we had an oil spill in our basement caused by a very old tank. Mike Harned came out and supervised the removal and installation of a new storage system himself.
