Harry has been performing my annual furnace/boiler cleaning for years now. This year I mentioned a decrease in temperature and pressure. He was on it immediately. Within a week of the cleaning he was back to repair the issues with temperature/pressure. He is extremely professional and explains issues in layman terms. Thank you Harry for fixing the immediate problem - I can’t begin to tell you how appreciative I am.

Craig, the technician performed the scheduled service but also provided a solution to another issue that I've been having with my oil burner for years. It's greatly appreciated.
From the start we dealt with Joe, he explained everything in detail and gave us pricing to fit our budget. Once the install date arrived Jamin and Chase arrived on time and started working immediately. They did a very clean job and quick as well. I would 100% recommend Harned Durham Energy.

Great experience going from a large water heater type unit to a Weil McLain tankless unit. Service, timeliness, personnel (Jamin, Joe, Craig + ?) are first class people. It's more than a job to them as they aim to please. It wasn't free but well worth the money spent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Harned Durham!
