I was a customer for at least 8 years. Today I called to schedule an oil delivery and was told they will no longer deliver to the area I live (northwest Berks county) so sorry. I then called to talk to the office manager who was out at lunch, who then proceeded to not call me back. My question is, how can you not inform your clientele that you have decided to forgo there business and have them find out when they call to setup a delivery.
