We have been with Harned Durham for at least 40 years. Service always good. Just had boiler serviced by Craig. Very courteous and professional.
The installers showed up on time and did a fantastic job!!!! While they were installing the new furnace, I was working on the hot water heater...Jamin, the crew leader, spent time loaning me a pump to empty the water heater faster!!!! WHAT A GUY!!!! They finished quicker than I expected, and they left the place all cleaned-up!!!! Very knowledgeable and extremely professional...would highly recommend them!!!!
Just had a whole new system installed. 18 seer heat pump, digital programmable thermostat, and whole house AC unit. Install done in one day and a short morning. Company even thought to leave us electric room heaters overnight (which we didn't need). Very professional in every respect. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Local family owned business.
Absolutely wonderful service! They were our lifesavers when we couldn't get our furnace started; they provided same-day service through a kind and skilled worker. It was greatly appreciated! Their receptionist is lovely too. Would definitely recommend them (in fact, I already did to my neighbors and they helped them too!)

Jamin and his assistant arrived on time to replace the boiler. They were professional and courteous. Jamin was very knowledgeable. After the installation was complete he took the time to explained the setup and instructed me on how to regulate the heat. He answered all my questions.Have been a HD customer for many years and will be for many more. Great job.
Mark C was amazing! He arrived on time to service my heater! He communicated well letting me know that he had to go to a local store to get a filter, since my heater is different than the others he usually works with. He put up with my killer dog, a 5lb Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix ,who growled and barked the entire time! The price was really good compared to most of the places around my area.
