Hotel and location great. A/C in the rooms terrible. You can’t switch off so had to ask front desk to get the engineer to switch off remotely. So choice was A/C blasting all night or no A/C. Neither option good for a decent nights sleep. Shame as otherwise nice hotel and location.

Thank you for providing your valuable feedback. Our system the fan does run continuously, and the heat/cool does turn on and off to maintain temperatures. We know it is a personal preference, as some say it lulls them to sleep but we know that is not for everyone. Staff were friendly especially the bar/restaurant staff. Pool was open but was in a disparate cleaning. Beware of the bathroom sliding door! There is no buffer between the handle and the door frame, smashed my hand badly. Toilet needed to be plunged, we had to call 2x. They showed up fixed it and left without a word, took the the dirty towels but didn’t mop the floor and left the plunger in a bag next to the toilet.
