Last minute get away! Your check in staff were amazing. Even though I made a HUGE human error, they with a smile did not even hesitate, did even tell me I made a mistake.They just said oh I am so sorry! Let's us fix that a handed me a new room key. A few minutes later I literally misread the keycard! So thank you, you team actually made our trip alot better! You should be proud of your front desk staff!!
