My room was very clean. I had an issue with my refrigerator and the head of maintenance was so nice and very professional and took care of it right away. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating, all of the restaurants were wonderful and the staff was friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The staff wasn’t that friendly a the room was more expensive than I thought. We were to get a better class of room an didn’t an some one was smoking pot on our hallway

Had a balcony view of fountain lights. Was absolutely beautiful. Rooms were very clean. We didn’t care for the beds, mattress was a little hard for our liking. Very convenient location. We were able to walk short distance to board the scenic train ride, maybe a block. Couple of blocks walk to historic downtown. Lots of choices of eating in this area.

Breakfast was good. Food fresh. Good variety.
Won't stay here again. This is our second time staying here. The front sraff was very friendly and it's not too bad, but the carpet in our room hadn't been vacuumed around the edges looked like in years, and stains in the carpet and the sink drained slowly. The bed was comfortable, but the air conditioner blows directly on you while in bed. The breakfast was not great and a server raised his voice at me because I put a dish in the wrong bin.
