We love the Hilton Promenade. From check-in and valet parking, it’s always easy. Rooms are very comfortable and we especially like having the balcony. Great shopping is nearby and some great restaurants. This is always our favorite place to stay.

What little interaction we had with staff was always pleasant and professional. The property is clean and the rooms spacious and nicely fitted out.

My only complaint was our room had a very off putting smell that is hard to describe. Room #302. And the fans did not cool down the room very well, there were times it felt stuffy. But other than that, the staff was great and food was amazing!
