I have been there four times to play laser tag with my family and yesterday it felt very uncomfortable and weird. The guy that works there seems nice, but we put on our gear saw the video for the rules. He opened the door we went out to play and he just stood there looking at us the whole time it just felt super uncomfortable. If you are on a motorcycle please be advised they are not friendly to us. Bikers be ware. Very hostile almost nazi like. Made us move our bikes from cover in a rain storm and would not give us the time of day to explain the situation. 4 bouncers to tell 3 riders to move. Born and raised here and never had this kind of treatment.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting HeadPinz Bowling Alley, and I must say that the customer service left much to be desired. From the moment my party and I walked in, it was clear that our presence wasn't a priority for the staff. The food was terrible. I can’t stress this enough. We preferred a lot of food and none of it was at all decent. The grouper tacos weren’t cooked and also smelled and tasted like nasty expired fish. We did the $9.95 for an hour of unlimited games and half of them don’t work with the card and some weren’t working at all. Then I asked for the prize place to open and was informed it wouldn’t open until 5. No one told us that when we bought it at 2. Then the lady informed us we don’t get tickets for the promotion.
