Bowling is always fun, but not as much when the staff are unimpressive and quick to shoo you away. Only one person offered to help with the very unnecessary check in process(they have tablets you check in and pay with, but when you need help, staff almost entirely had a figure-it-out-yourself attitude). This place really needs some TLC in the employee department....

Dumb process for getting a lane. Was sent to an iPad and had to create a whole account just to reserve a lane. Meanwhile other people were claiming the time slot I wanted. Plus the iPad kept timing out so I had to keep putting in my name and address. Then it charged my card twice. Too much work on the customer to receive services from this place. But once we got through the grueling 20 minute process to get a lane, we had fun.

First-timer there. We went to the bar and waited for over 15 minutes to get waited on. finally we got waited on and the waitress copped an attitude Big Time. She started screaming at me and as if it was my fault. We finally said enough of this and left. In the meantime she had her friends come in and taunt us, they took our picture in the bar area and followed me all the way to my car, then took a picture of my car and license plate. Me and my wife’s family had reservations for 7pm-8:30 and they moved our reservation to 8:30 without notifying us. So when we showed up at the correct time all they could give us was a free laser tag game. If we had known that our reservation had been pushed back to the time we had reserved to leave we would not have drove the 50min to get there. Overall it was pretty annoying just to get there expecting to play 1.5hrs of bowling to only end up with 20min of laser tag instead. Why have reservations if they can be pushed back... read more

I was very excited to take the kids now that the place was remodeled. I called to make reservations they don’t take reservations over the phone you either have to make them online or go there in person that was a huge inconvenience also I had called I tried to make a reservation over the computer wouldn’t let me use the coupons that I had which the coupons not specify you couldn’t use them on Saturdays and Sundays I called before I come there and let them know that I did have coupons they told me to come because it wasn’t ... read more
