Don’t come here and expect any type service. Aside from the bartenders, the waitstaff (if there is any) is really inexperienced and inattentive. After multiple weeks at league waiting over 30 minutes for someone to even address us, we’ve started ordering from the bar and bringing our own water since it never comes when we order it anyway (we also purchase beer and food, so we’re not just waiting on service for water..) It was a good time. I could tell they were under massive renovations to modernize the venue and make it up-to-date! Congrats on that, and it allowed me to really see the world of some products that I’m planing on upgrading my bowling alley to. They only hanger was we were told there was an event coming in so we couldn’t buy another hour, so we just sat up in the back and socialized for another hour and those lanes were never used.

WASTE OF MONEY. HORRIBLE SERVICE. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND UNHELPFUL AND UNAPOLOGETIC STAFF. Don’t pay for unlimited Monday madness because they’ll only give you and hour and keep shutting of your game. Don’t ask for anything because the staff will WALK AWAY FROM YOU WHILE YOURE TRYING TO TALK TO THEM. Absolutely unacceptable I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
I’ve bowled there the last 2 Sunday’s. The ball returns are slow.if you get it back at all.service from the desk is terrible. The The pin mechanisms don’t work properly. The last frame we just quit because the rack wouldn’t reset.Too much trouble to get the desk people to fix it. They are spend a. Lot of money on the wrong thing.very disappointed

Hay que trabajar la limpieza durante todo el servicio, mi carril se bloqueó y entre una cosa y otra perdimos casi 10 mn, y 10 mn es mucho tiempo......si la chica que nos atendió muy amable

Lanes un level and dog food has to taste better
Reserved a time online VIP 6 people 2 lanes and they charged me twice and wouldn't give me a refund but a gift card.. sorry don't want a gift card for $150!! AND we reserved the VIP which is suppose to have a private bar tender and away from the other lanes.. they had the privacy wall fully open, there wasn't a bar tender for us and nothing but kids all over the pool tables, with their parents on the regular lanes down by the entrance! Horrible service!! Now I am disbuting the charge to my account which is a waste of my time... read more
Worst service ever! Paid for VIP, but they told us the lanes were broken so we had to bowl on a regular lane. Fought with them to get the extra $ I spent to get the VIP lane, and they put people on the "broken" lanes not even 30 min. after they told us we couldn't use them. When we complained about this they didn't care, they just said "Those are their lanes."
