Nice bowling alley, but the food and bar service terrible. No smiles on any of them. The bar tender is never there when you want a drink then acts like she is doing you a favor. What happen to customer service?
They have really made it look great inside. Unfortunately , the change to the wings and the fries is not a good one...they used to be the best wings in Naples. The bowling staff were nice but need some training, the bartender needed us to repeat the order 4 times. Hoping it gets better
En este momento me acabo de retirar de este lugar el peor servicio del mundo, Deberían despedir al maneger junto con todos los trabajadores, mal educados, mala forma, mal trato, mal servicios, el customer no tiene la razón en este lugar ni es respetado,el peor lugar de naples. Ojalá y los despidan a todos por taxistas he imperfectos sobre todo a la vieja de la barra.
The service is slow and their food got me sick. I try to avoid going here as much as possible.
The server is a really bad the ladies working the bar are the most ungrateful person who I ever meet don't know how the owner can't see the bars always empty the lady is terrible has a bad attitude spend more time going outside smoking cigarettes and waiting on people it's really really bad
It's a decent hangout. Not the best food in the world but the alley itself is nice. Plus the Bae works here so :P
