Melinda Ayala, at the Colton office not only has she taken great care of my concern with my disability paperwork. She is lovely to speak to at every appointment. When she has greeted me I barely take a sit when she has already taken me to the back of the office for my appointment. Melinda is fast and courteous at all times when I have been at the office for treatment.
Improve the waiting time. I don’t understand why there would be appointments scheduled. If the doctor doesn’t get there on time and then after he gets there, you still have to wait till he set everything up.
Everything was great. All the staff was great and a great environment
The receptionist, a great the doctor is great. The overall service was fantastic. I feel very comfortable with this procedure.
I’m still in some pain but that’s to be expected when you’re trying to get things better. Besides that there doing there best with me.

The therapy area was not clean area don’t replace the pillows after uses and clean areas of use and the floors are of dust haven’t been swept in a while
My son fell off a roof and landed on his head. All this facility cared about was giving him a drug test and an x ray. They gave him no care. He had to go to the ER after they said he was fine.
Dr. Nick is a GREAT DOCTOR, but his office and staff are terribly. Terribly poor and extremely unprofessional. I have had to wait a week for my prescription, calling every single day, getting sicker and sicker each day. They don't care. It's all about money and you are just a number and dollar sign to them.
