Im not happy with the doctor who assisted. He keeps me coming back and finally discharging without giving any solution on my elbow problem.
Terribly long wait in lobby for one hour before getting called to examining room arrived at 11:20 appointment time 11:30 called at 12:25. Are you overbooking for Dr. Hui Jordan?
Doctors beside manner and approach was very disturbing.
I have dropped of paper work to be filled out by Patty at the Colton office. As of now it has been more than 6 months that I never received a call back or paperwork returned. She will benefit from being more resourceful. She needs to deal with customer issues more efficiently and not promise what she cannot accomplish. Laura, at Colton office is a pleasure to see her radiant smiling face everytime I go in to have acupuncture. She combines expertise and a willingness to listen to my necessities of appointments needed that meet my busy schedule. I never have to wait to get my work status for more than 5 minutes when she is available. She is always ready with my next appointment and print out ready to go.
Melinda Ayala, at the Colton office not only has she taken great care of my concern with my disability paperwork. She is lovely to speak to at every appointment. When she has greeted me I barely take a sit when she has already taken me to the back of the office for my appointment. Melinda is fast and courteous at all times when I have been at the office for treatment.
Improve the waiting time. I don’t understand why there would be appointments scheduled. If the doctor doesn’t get there on time and then after he gets there, you still have to wait till he set everything up.
Everything was great. All the staff was great and a great environment
The receptionist, a great the doctor is great. The overall service was fantastic. I feel very comfortable with this procedure.
