I was told to show up one hour before my appointment. The place is located in the ghetto. It looked like a roach motel. There was nowhere to park and a line of people around the building. My chiro therapy was sent to the wrong insurance company so it was denied. At my last appt with the doctor it was supposed to be corrected and I haven't heard from anyone especially that officer manager that is soooooo busy.
Very dissatisfied left three voicemails to find out about my EDD paperwork they told me it was going to take five to seven days today is day number 13 and I had to travel 30 miles out of my way to pick the paperwork up in Corona which I have never been there before I had to miss my appointment today not very happy poor service

Mi cita la tenia ala 11:15 am y me atendieron asta la 1 :00 pm es ridiculo de verdad. Uno tiene cosas que aser. Y le pregunta uno alas que estan en recision y ae molestan y nos dicen pues si tiene prisa puede irse y aser otra cita eso no esta bien

Colton DR attitude, argues, places notes in patient's files that are incorrect, doesn't listen to patient Corona Nuro DR nice, listens to patient, corrects mis informed information
When you cancel and try to reschedule it is very difficult to get a new appointment they eant you to wait two months to reset your appointment with out taking into consideration the need for meds to cover you until next appt. Also havr been told pr2"s do not contain enough info for wc viewers to make determinations for meds, or other treatments.
My appointment was at 3pm I got there at 2pm and didn't get called in until 3:30pm By the time i left is was almost 6pm.
