The staff was always great and willing to help. I feel the doctors could have done more with the injury to my hands. I retired early on my own do to the pain level getting worse in my hands. I would alway tell the doctors it was getting worse. I feel either they did not belive me or took me seriously. I now cannot hold anything heavy (over10 ponds) with my hands. My case is settle, so I have no need to tell untruths. I wish my hands would have been addressed in more detailed. The doctor did not recomend or addressed my conse... read more

Doctor's very rude and very insensitive to patient needs. Doctor rushes without really answering questions. Would not recommend👎

The staff in the appointment area does not seem to be too informed concerning contact information. The male nurse or assistant get 5 stars

Had an appt. on 5/29/18 big disappointment. From start was not greeted or ask how may I help you at front desk. The staff were talking, laughing etc. very rude customer service. Then was brought to back offic to see MD,the staff who brought me back did not pay attention if I was seen or not, took me to x-ray for x-rays without keeping me informed of plan of care, then after x-rays said I was done for the day even though I told the staff I was not seen by the MD yet and they disputed that the MD has already seen me. Today’s appointment I walked in clinic was not greeted, the staff were talking among themselves at the counter. I myself am in the medical field and these workers were not professionals. I work for a well known hospital and our mission is healing and human kindness. Unsatisfied patient. Staff very unorganized, not courteous and Professional in the medical field. Drinks on the station where they work. Infection control.

Colton location is awesome. Dr tomayan is awsome takes his time and explains everything to you. The staff is great at physical therapy up stair second floor. I do agree with the comments left by some one else below. one of the staff members ( darker skin hispanic heavy set girl with glasses dark hair) .....(not Ashley) doesn't have people skills and always gossips about her boss and other Co workers every time I go in for physical therapy it's the same story with her.
